This thread makes everyone seem like a class of middle schoolers, with hormones running amuck.
Seems in my case as soon as I allow myself to "fall" for someone --- which, admittedly, isn't often --- they just as soon lose interest and go hide.
Not sure if it's my appearance, personality, morals and beliefs or something else, but it has gotten to the point where it simply is not worth the pursuit any more. It's one thing to play hard to get when one is 21, but to have them chase you across a continent at age 40 is a wee bit much, thank you.
I will admit there are a couple of fantastic gals out there on CF who would make any man feel like a king, but if it ain't happenin' no use cryin' over.
