When thinking about the future and what the future could have in store for you,does it make you excited or scared thinking about what the future could have in store for you?For me it makes me both scared and excited,because of the fact that no one knows what the future has in store for them,and it can be very nerve wrecking to think about.

I use to think like this so long ago. I use to have every little detailed of the future planned out to only be led to failure and distrust within myself. So honestly I have gotten rid of the importance of time and just enjoy my moments as God leads me to green pastures.

What I am trying to say is I do not look into the future for my next breath is not guaranteed. Which has allowed me to enjoy the moments that come.

And knowing who holds my future and can destroy the body and soul puts me at peace.

That's what is exciting with walking with Jesus, the unknown but we know we are ok because he says so.

I might think of how relationships can go well, or I can think of how as a Christian I could be subjected to major torture. But I pray for God to have me ready to do well during whatever He knows will really happen.

I agree, the future can be nerve wracking and details in the future are unknown, but I lose fear about the future when I feel rooted in my spirituality. Then, I may still feel a lot of unknowns, but I know the future will be peaceful and everything will be okay no matter what situations arise. You are taken care of and have nothing to worry about.

Definitely excited. This life is such an incredibly short time when compared to eternity.
