Thank you. This is a neat website. Here, we live in a beach/ tanning culture. It was cool when I was a teenager, but now I have irreversible sunspots.

Yeah, that takes a toll over time. She has nice ideas and they’re all natural.

I think there’s a difference between wanting to look nice as an aspect of self-care or caring for ones temple. And equating your self-worth to your physical appearance.

Most people want to look their best (whatever that means for them) or make some attempt. The value we assign to the end result is where problems come in.
