Do you ever get tired? Sorry, that's my question, and I can't offer any more explanation, apart from it's spiritual and not physical. Those who do, what do you do?

Do you ever get tired? Sorry, that's my question, and I can't offer any more explanation, apart from it's spiritual and not physical. Those who do, what do you do?

Spiritual "tiredness" can result from different things. One is that we are not feeding our spirit as we should. By this I mean we haven't been reading and meditating on the Word. We haven't been spending time in prayer communing with the Father. Just as we need to feed our physical food we need to feed our spirit spiritual food.

Another may be we haven't been "exercising" our spirit. Jude says that we "build ourselves up in our most holy faith" by praying in the spirit.

Antoher may be we have "wearied in well doing." We may have done more than God actually wanted us to do. He does want us to take time to rest and spend time with Him. Jesus did this often as we can observe in the gospels. God Himself took time to rest on the seventh day.

There also may be something we are wrestling with, whether spiritually or naturally. Both realms effect one another if things are allowed to go on. If we allow the condition of our physical bodies to wane, eventually our spirits will begin to wane also. I mean if we are phyically tired all the time our spirit will begin to tire also. We will begin to "press in" less thus we begin to lag.

There can be more things that can cause one to tire in the spirit. The main thing is to go to the Father and ask Him to show you the cause and then ask Him to help you to correct it or ask Him to correct it and then ask Him to refresh you in your spirit!

I would have to question if one as enter the REST. Heb. chap. 3 and 4. This is not a body rest but a state of spiritual rest or being. It is supernatural and not of this realm. It is heavenly. One can not grow spiritualy with out it. And it is a most or order from God to enter it.
