Ad hominem fallacy. Saying that what someone says is probably incorrect because they are a traditionalist is a logical fallacy; it would be equally fallacious to say that what someone says is probably incorrect because they are not a traditionalist.
It represents a prejudgement of their position without taking the time to analyze their argument in depth, and falls into the same category of logical fallacy as appeals to unqualified authority.
If we love our neighbor as ourselves, we will not dismiss his ideas without giving them a fair hearing on their own merits, rather than on the basis of attributes of our neighbor that are different from our own.
