In other words, we only break God's laws when we fail to show love, right?
tell me, what does that mean to you?
is this adressed to me?
Acts 4:34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
Acts 4:35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
Acts 4:36 And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,
Acts 4:37 Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
Because you already keep the law, Once you are walking the the Spirit which commandment can you violate? None. Not even the Sabbath. If I am walking in the Spirit I don't even have consideration of not loving my neighbor nor God. So where does the 10 come in for me? For we read in scripture the fruit of the Spirit and against such is no law.
Liberty to do what? Why keep them at all? The Spirit won't lead one to sin and neither will He lead you back to bondage. I asked God about the law (a specific aspect of it) and got an immediate answer that it wasn't my covenant. Since it isn't my covenant it doesn't apply or have jurisdiction over me. It became my road to freedom and the liberty found in Jesus Christ alone providing the sweet rest God calls His.
Funny for scripture tells us that for there is no law with the fruit of the Spirit. Does not tell us that we walk according to the law. Even the sabbath. So why contradict scripture?Because you already keep the law, Once you are walking the the Spirit which commandment can you violate? None. Not even the Sabbath.

The church has turned its authorty over to the government of wicked men. It is said that people in religion can't be in government because of some misconstrued none existant law which is in fact a letter issued by a single individual. How does this happen? Through education - really the lack of it.I was addressing it to everyone, anyone who can answer. I know that Ive read about a church that did this but did all churches do the same? And if so, why don't they now?
Oh come now. Are we so far gone that we don't understand human nature either. Besides the flesh crawling off the altar we have wicked unbelieving men in our pulpits running non profit corporations and not church who don't even believe in Jesus Christ. Go th the church of your choice and make note os the conversations people are having with other. How often is it centered on God? God is bout the only thing not in the conversation. It sounds like they all did the same. When did the sharing stop and why?
You express liberty in what you do. I express liberty as being free. More like the idea of a free man and a slave. Both have the ability to murder but neither are at liberty to do so. Paul says don't abuse your liberty and the law requires a behavior and uses a deterient restraint called death. The abuse of liberty will cause the same thing - death. One sees the missouri mule faced legalist grace pusher in our churches pushing the law. Yep I used to be one of em. God set me free. GLORY!! God is so gracious! Took Him long enough with me though. It seems God is never able to deliver all the rebellious. We are a stubborn lot.Liberty to do what?

So who is bringing up these issues? I think it is the weak trying to order the strong about. If one is that weak there are somewhat protected fellowship boards within CF. Some are monitored stricter than others. Go there. Don't tell someone that is used to steak they can only have milk. There's going to be trouble. We don't need to observe laws concerning food however we're not so free from the law either.
Romans 14:14 I know, and am persuaded by the Lord Jesus, that there is nothing unclean of itself: but to him that esteemeth any thing to be unclean, to him it is unclean. 15 But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died. 16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of: 17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. 19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another. 20 For meat destroy not the work of God. All things indeed are pure; but it is evil for that man who eateth with offence. 21 It is good neither to eat flesh, nor to drink wine, nor any thing whereby thy brother stumbleth, or is offended, or is made weak. 22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth. 23 And he that doubteth is damned if he eat, because he eateth not of faith: for whatsoever is not of faith is sin.
It says there is no law against the fruit of the Holy Spirit. Because the fruit of the Holy Spirit does not commit adultery, theft, murder and so on.
So do you own or rent anything? Do you want milk from my cow without milking it. Please feel free to come and pick veggies outta my garden while your at it. Would yo like to sleep in my bed? I can handle the floor. No problem. How far gone astray has the Church gone that Human nature now seems to control the Church? Jesus said sell everything you own and follow Him, thats exactly what the early church did. Its curious that different churches argue theology amongst themselves yet none of them do as the Church forefathers did.

Uncle, uncle!Paul suggests this:
15 But if thy brother be grieved with thy meat, now walkest thou not charitably. Destroy not him with thy meat, for whom Christ died. 16 Let not then your good be evil spoken of: 17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God, and approved of men. 19 Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.
5 One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind
10 But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ.
12 So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. 13 Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumblingblock or an occasion to fall in his brother's way.
22 Hast thou faith? have it to thyself before God. Happy is he that condemneth not himself in that thing which he alloweth.
