We follow Christ on this earth while we are living. What you are explaining sounds like post-death decision theology. Based on the experience of the rich man (Luke 16:19-31), salvation can't be attained after death.

And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us

when you die you are not perfect. true? well after you are dead, you will be put through situations that are straining you and you will have to decide wheathor or not you want to put your entire heart into living for God. you will have to give up nearly everything up to and including laughter and you will have to stand up for what is right even though you might get beat up for it(although you probably wont).

essentially you will be crafted until you are AS PERFECT AS JESUS becuase until you are, you CANNOT enter heaven.

the situations you are put through is that your loved ones will reject you(even though they are not your loved ones but imitations) unless you quit talking to them about christ.

I agree! But I think this is the lake of fire. The already righteous, the chosen 144,000 (not sure if that is a symbol or real number) that reign with Christ during judgement bypass this.

Served - The 144,000 IS a real number. It refers to the 12,000 from each of the Tribes of Israel, except for Dan, from which the antichrist will come - the TRUE Church of God.

I am in a struggle here - I do not know what the Christian belief is on ghost. Part of me believes and the other part is saying is a treat of satan. I know there are demons.. and they do make thier presence.

But, wierd things happens at my moms house. She has the ashes of my there. I feel my grandma when I visit the house. And I always catch wierd pictures when I take pictures of my kids.. this past weekend.. I picked up a very bright angel looking picture coming from the room with her ashes..

We can take it too extreme and need to come back to the normal common favorite lifestyle most are familiar with. You're not crazy. If you clap you hands the sound travels forever and never stops. That sound travels up the sky into space. the sound travels through walls and everything else. It doesn't ever stop. Have you seen the waves of the sea stop? no. What you see and feel is the continuous energy that lives around us and we are also of that energy. To talk about ghosts is to take it to another level of understanding the natural events. You being told what the ashes are and where, when and the why of your grandmother's fact adds to the energies.
