Darkness looming, faces glooming,
Many people lies assuming.
Turning tables with their fables,
Many liars they enable.
Many people follow idols,
For their sins, they are not idle.
Words are spoken, they not bridle,
But for them, they are recital.
Liars plenty fool the people
Who they want to be their sheeple.
All in chorus, raise their idol
To a status suicidal.
Bow to worship man, as their king,
Who they think peace to them will bring.
Honor him, as if he’s of God,
When in truth that is a façade.
Where’s this going? Straight to nowhere
good for us who Christ’s cross do bear.
Persecution soon awaits us,
Who in Jesus our lives do trust.
Read the Bible, see what it says,
For it predicts much of this biz.
Revelation tells the story
Of what’s happ’ning, and its gory.
Follow Jesus, do what he says,
Do not follow man who is Prez.
Bible warns us who not to trust.
Trust in man we are now to bust.
Give your lives to follow Jesus
Who from our sins He does free us.
Follow Him where’re He leads you,
And obey Him. Praise to Him due.
