It exists in a format we want it to be.

For example, to people who have no idea about electron, you may tell him that electrons give you the feeling of touch. It is a correct, and a very good, scientific description on the property of electron.

All phenomena are described by a model, that said, they are so well-described by the model they can effectively be said to exist.

hey this is just a crazy thread. Electrons are one of the 16 particles in the Standard Model, of course they exist as much as anything else exists (a nod to Dad here).
