Well, I think it is imparative for you to understand what some christians tell you isn't true, there is way to many denominations, tell me what you believe from what others have told you, and I will tell you what christians are truley to believe.

I believe that a little over one hundred years ago God sent a new Messenger/Representative. We now have new Scriptures with detailed information about what we are to do until God speaks to humanity again (a few hundred years from now).

I will tell you what christians are truley to believe.

Does it matter what Christians are to believe? At this point in my life I am not a Christian, so shouldn't that be the first issue we resolve?

If Christians say one thing, and my religion says something that is clearly different, how can I be sure God agrees with the Christians?

Ok, that is cool, mabey I should just start off with what I believe, for the sake of arguement, if you were to convert to Christianity through this conversation, you would convert to what I believe anyway right. lol.

What I believe

I believe that God inspired the bible, and that everything in the bible happend. I believe that we sinned by listening to Satan, and that God had to die for us on the cross in order to release us from the The Ten Commandments, or the law, and to except our deserved right to everlasting punishment. I believe that Jesus was the son of god, who before he was on earth, was reffered to as the word of god, and the truth. After he came to the earth, he reffered to himself as the way, the truth, and the life. I believe that Jesus was crusifed for blaspheme against god, and that three days later he rose from the dead. I believe that all we have to do is except Jesus' punishment on the cross for our sins as replacement for everlasting hell, and we will go to heaven.

Yes, the law is not sin. The law only showed us what we had to do to not commit sin, and it also showed us that we are incapable of not sinning. The law was a contract, like marriage. In order to be free from it, one of us must die, like in marrige. So it was either us or god, god so graciously offered himself.

I had heard God couldn't remarry Israel unless Judah "died" or else He would be comitting "adultery".
