fortunately, never had a job that involved "team players"

they went to "team player" mode...he hates it
he doesn't like cubicles

Within the bounds of the rules of the particular forum, yes. There exist sites where free speech is valued (absent cursing, doxxing, etc) and sites where free speech is decidedly NOT valued.

Well, I don't know about the DNA part, but you certainly don't seem to have a problem with people reading your facebook profile and judging you by your choices while using it.
