Disappointed with Gears 2?

Anyone else disappointed with Gears of War 2?

I know I am.

The shotty, the lag, the overall multiplayer game play is garbage?

Anyone agree, disagree? And why?

Heh heh....I am in LOVE with this game and I don't think it could be better....except the online loads VERY slow.....Whats up with that???Campaign rules!!!!!!

i wasent into the online in the original
and that's the same with gears of war 2

but campaign and horde is awesome.

Have there be any patches for this game yet? I still haven't tried out multiplayer. Not sure I want to with all the complaints I hear.

If you're only playing GoW2 for the online play, and being "disappointed over the whole game" because of that... then you're playing the game for the wrong, reason, IMO.

GoW2 is, dare i say it, better than GoW1. Mainly because they actually covered some story elements in this one!

Well I play for online play because I'm actually working my way in the Professional aspect of gaming.

I adore online play. Storyline doesn't count as much for me.

But since the GoW2 patch, I'm a happy girl now

I bought the original Gears of war and really struggled to get into, so I haven't bothered with GoW2. I think the problems was the linear nature of the game and a lack of co-ordination on my part.
