Powers: Has specially adapted eyes that can not only see most spectrums of light, but can also track movement and detect heat and sound to a degree. He can do this all at once(When he does, his iris turns white) or can focus on one specific aspect of his powers for more efficiency(His eyes turn red to detect heat, yellow for sound, and blue for light. All forms have his motion tracking). He also has recently developed another eye in the middle of his forehead.
Story: Dillan became deaf very early in life. For a long time he simply seemed adjusted. But Dillan could see things others couldn't. He could see even in pitch blackness. Because of this, he took up archery, and everybody marvelled at the deaf marksmen. Then, when his third eye began to develop, people found out he was a mutant. Fearing rejection, he packed up and headed for Xavier's school.
