Pastor or leader uses note-taking (or sometimes they don't) to give counseling sessions to members. But this process is not efficient. If they don't take notes and they speak to hundreds of people, how can they effectively follow up? I'm a software developer who wants to create an app for that. Basically, what it does is record the conversation and summarize it, maybe remind both of them to meet again on a specific date. It keeps track of the details so that both parties benefit from it.
