The colour doesn't change - I guess the best way to describe it is an egg-flavoured icy cup. The albumen (white) crystalissed!

I always check to see if the egg sinks in a glass of water before I use them, even (supposedly) fresh eggs. If they float it means they have started to go off, producing gas which gives the egg buoyancy.erin74 said:

I have some new ones for you all to ponder over :
* Cats have over 100 vocal sounds, Dogs only have about 10 ..... I knew cats were smarter...
* The average human body contains enough potassium to fire a toy cannon .... Don't tell the kids that there could be some dire consequences after
* The poisonous copperhead snake smells like fresh cut cucumbers ..... I am so glad that I don't like the smell of fresh cut cucumbers.
