Does anybody play Diablo II? or Diablo II : Lord Of Destrution?

I still play it from time to time but only single player. Pirates! is chewing up my time these days.

I liked my necro...and even though they werent all that great I just liked playing a Druid.

I mainly play a pally but I like the necro as well. I haven't really played a druid or assassin enough to comment but the assassin does seem pretty mean.

Still have my bowazon as my favorite char. Although my sorc and assassin are sweet. In fact my userid here is my sorcs name (I'm such a geek geek geek) *shakes head in shame* My husband and I love to drag out our characters and go hacking our way through the game. I LOVE bowl collecting games. Now we're walloping our way through Dungeon Siege and its expansion. I know that I'll be back to D2 though, it's an old friend.

Have you tried the Elemental mod for Dungeon Siege? I played it about a year ago and have recently downloaded the latest build but haven't installed it yet. The one I played was pretty cool.

Haven't tried any of the mods yet. We're slow due to lack of play time. We just finished the 8 stones quest (what a letdown of endgame, kept wanting a big boss battle.) Loved the chicken level, but very hard. And finally found those blasted pyramids outside of Grescal adn they didn't give great drops. Any rate, thanks for the mod link, we'll have to try it!

Dungeon Seige was easy!! Diablo II is alot harder to me!

I'm still slogging through D2's hell level, but that's the only tough time I've really had with it (since the early patches nerfed the tough parts way back when...) Any rate, I'm ready to take on big D himself for the 3rd time round. Getting tedious at times though, that's why Dungeon Siege and now Neverwinter Nights have come in for spells.

Yeah, I did the same thing. I used to play Diablo II for ridiculous lengths of time. I managed to beat all difficulty settings with all characters (including the expansion ones), even though the Hell difficulty was incredibly frustrating. But now that I've played Dungeon Siege and NWN into the ground, I'll probably occupy my time with Star Wars: Battlefront and World of Warcraft for a while.

Well I was really obsessed with playin' Diablo II, me, my boss, and a couple friends were REALLY into, but then I got kinda repeditive.....But one of my buddys got back into it, and kind got me on it agian, lol!

Did they ever fix the Iron Maiden/Blood Golem problem?

There have been several patches to download. I believe 10 was the latest. Don't remember the iron maiden/blood golem problem. What was it?

I dont remember it either, but I'm pretty sure that Blizzard fixed with one of the 10 patches
