I was playing a video game called Devil may cry,

Where basicly your a demon, Who hunts other demons for good, Lots of blood Lots of Swords and gunplay. Is this bad, I dont think it is... But my mom doesnt like it, And its raited M (im 14 cant really play it but whatever)

Even things that may look to do good can be evil. Why are you playing a game when you, a Child of God has taken form to be a Demon in a game?? Is the game trying to hint to those who are playing as a Demon, saying those who play are truly the demon inside and desire to be one?? Do you think God would approve of this?? Um no. Certain games can "stray" us from God. Do you want that?? You're Mother has the right to dislike that game, my brother when he was a teen use to play, Doom, we all know what that game is. Well let's say one day he got a rude awakening and tossed out the game and never played it again. When you love God, you stay away from things here on Earth that mankind created from evil for money. They took your money when you bought that game, which made them rich and now they are going to create more evil with it, probably by making a sequel. If I were you, I'd get rid of the game, but that is not my decision that is yours. Remember God gave everyone free will, we just need to know how to use it wisely.

Not so much That I want to be a demon... its more that i like the idea of being imortal, And Being able to get a sword shoved through my stomic and not dieing.... And being able to jump off of a Building and not die... And being able to move really fast, And slay hundreds apon hundres of demons.

And T_T hes only half demon... Lol, His father Rebeled Against the demon race.

Achully the demons in this game are not the demons we are thinking of. This game come from Japan, ware I say only 2% of the peole are christain. In Japanes mitholgy and lengend they say demon can be good or evil. This is going by there old mith and lengends and nothing to with the christian belifes.

Regardless of where the game came from, how is it edifying to God? Does it draw you closer in your relationship with the Lord, or drag you away?

I belive they do have angles to, I am not 100% sure of ther ideas but they seem to think that there are differnt spices of demons. some good, some bad, in fat I not sure we should be calling them demons becuse they are so differnt from the ones we belive in.

Video games only fullfill your boredom, not your life.
Don't think about being gammer/programmer either, the chances are low..unless you get serious..

And yes, Who ever questioned me, (to lazy to look) I WILL be a programer, I already know Java, Flash, C, C++ and basic... I make my own video games all the time, (Just none are really good, because Im by my self)

The only way you are ever going to be Immortal is not from a game but through Jesus!! I can't wait to jump off a building and see myself go splat, of course I would die because I am mortal. Why would you want to use a Dangerous weapon?? Remeber when Jesus says those who live by the sword will perish by the sword. The only Sword God gives you is the Sword of Spirit or known as the Word of God. And nobody has super human strength to run real fast only animals can run real fast. Two things must be seperated: Fantasy from Reality or Fact from Fiction. You cannot live in a fairytale world through the eyes of Reality.

I Like swords..... Iv been in martial Arts ( Tikwando) For about 3 years... And I train With pole Like weapons... I case i get Stuck In trouble And I have a poll/stick Ect by me... its my one of my favourit hobbies, is fencing with my friends ( I always win) And Guns? Paint balling Galor hello!
