Determining my conversation style

Hi,

I've been trying to decipher my conversation style. I can say that I argue to learn but I often set up arguments in a really weird way by asking a person a question that I know the answer to. But these are not rhetorical questions, I am sincerely looking for a response.

I refrain from arguing here and asking lead questions because I am among strangers. But among my friends, those who know me, with whom I can be totally open, I have found that constructive arguing and my odd investigative questioning style is the most beneficial learning -wise for me

Because you remind me of people I know that have things like that.

It seems alright to me. You like to challenge what people believe; I have done it for years. Like me, you may find that many people do not know why they believe something, and many do not care that they do not know why they believe something.
