Aristotle never got it either, as he ordered the elements as being "Earth, Water, Fire and Air." But Genesis has the Air/plants on day three before the Fires of day four. After all, Fire requires plants, or some type of biological material which in the end itself requires plants, to burn. The order of the element catagories in the Genesis Creation Story contain great wisdom. This is where the wise men developed their Biblical understanding.

Mankind are the only ones who have the cognizance to farm. God taught that to Adam and we all learned from him. Why haven't any other animals on this earth learned to farm? Why haven't any others learned to talk. Genesis also tells us that God brought all the animals to Adam to name. And whatever he called them that became their names. So this must have been the beginning of Mankind's speaking and using words. Farming and speaking are the two things that only mankind can do. We have dominion over all the others due to this.
