Can someone bring me up to date on the current state of the pacifist witness in SDA church. Does it receive much attention or affirmation these days?

Hot that I know of as there is no draft any more.

No Draft, BUT that does not mean that Christians are not going to war in the military. What about SDA?

I personally don't know of any, but that doesn't mean all Adventists are pacifists. That's a matter of conscience not church policy.
