Do you keep a journal? If not, you should start right now. Keeping a journal helps you get the bad feelings and thoughts out of your system so you cannot curl up with them anymore. After you write a page of whatever, you really do feel better. Write a journal entry focusing on what God has done for you today or for the past year. Try not to focus on too much negativity, but point out the positives in your life. They are there, but sometimes they are just too hard to see. God bless!
