From a physical perspective you are right, there will definitely be a biochemical change in your brain which will of course affect your mood and behaviour. Hang in there. YHWH knows your struggles. Everyone has addictions if not to porn but the root cause seems to be the same, underlying pain or fear which is masked by a particular coping behaviour. Could this be the case in your situation?
