First of all government, you cannot force people to join any group. This is exactly what Hitler did with the Hitler Youth Groups to control people. You are suppose to serve the people government, the people are not supposed to be serving you.

I have noticed within the present government, the education minister loves to do things without consulting the people, where what he say goes, full stop. This shows pride, arrogance and totalitarian ambitions, wanting to be in control of everything and everyone. That everything you speak must be done.
