so then why would she ( and others not argue for the government to re-open so they could work on a deal. Republicans need 60 votes they have ( even if they were to vote as a single block 53. They need the democrats help to re-open the government. The republicans have said they are willing to talk when the government opens back up if they run out of time it will expire and then both sides lose.

No way was the GOP going to allow more illegals to received taxpayer funded healthcare nor support a 1.5. trillion dollar new spending package including trans, LGBTQ, or DEI funding in foreign countries.
It probably depends on the situation. Just like some police officer shootings are ruled as justified, and others are ruled as manslaughter or murder. I recently saw a news story about a couple of armed numbskulls who tried to rob a gun store. The owner of course was also armed and shot one of them while the other one ran away. I doubt the owner will be charged.
Not in SC. That stuff does not float here. We will ask Trump for NG on every street corner. Democrat violence is a definite no-no, and would crash on them hard.
