Delirious split.

Dont know if there are any Delirious fans on here, but it's very sad news that the band have split. Anyone else here into them?

I've enjoyed every album of theirs that I own (Live & In The Can, Mezzamorphis, and Glo), but I actually don't follow them much. Sad to hear they're splitting. (in a year or so, right?)

For some reason, I've felt David Crowder Band kinda started to steal into the sound of Delirious?. I don't know exactly why that is, but I've liked and respected Delirious?even more since DCB started to become popular (2002 timeframe or so). LOL. Strange correlation, I know. Call me kookoo.

oh that is sad to hear. I mean it seems like it happens to bands all the time, but never cease to be tragic to all of the listeners who've loved them for years.

I only found this out the other day....and they were just in Brisbane a few months ago - and I didn't go! So upset... I thought I'd have another chance....doh

I will hang on to the CDs I've got and try to locate Touch 2CD edition for my collection. Anyone seen it? *looks hopeful*

Ohhh I hope they do one more tour before they break up...or come back for one, a la Audio Adrenaline.

i heard this last month and can only say i wish they'd reconsider! but if you read why,the family unit is the reason for one of them wanting be home more.

Agreed! Delirious? are going to be epic that day, everyone will know that it's one of their last ever chances to see one of the most passionate bands around.

Grr. Sometimes I really hate living so far away from the base of bands like Delirious....

I never got to see them perform live *sob*
