Delanie Walker posts about receiving death threats after protest comments

Even if you disagree with the protests, I think this is going too far. People are sending these players death threats. I do think this is where idolization of a symbol does to people. I know it stands for many things for others, but if there's death threats then you know it's gone way too far.

No one should be threatened. That being said, this guy is kind of dumb. For anyone who is in this sort of situation, don't do what this guy has. If they are credible threats, forward them to the FBI. If it is just morons online trying to get a reaction, block them or report them to twitter /Facebook /email provider/ whatever. Do not complain publicly, as that's what the trolls want. If they aren't getting a reaction, they will move on to another target.
