She's of no religion. I had one foot in her room and then after she requested about 2x I stepped out of her room and was standing outside of it. The other recordings were done in common areas of the home, like she recorded me praying in response to her goading me by ignoring me and making small talk to my husband. She has video and audio recording that she submitted as evidence to the courts.
Is/was the house in your name or your husbands; or is it in her name? Like whose name is/was first?

It's in her name and my name. She tried to get him and I to pay 2/3 of all expenses but refused to agree to have him added to the lease. We were given legal advice that he shouldn't pay because of that. She left me with several of the expenses and tried to get us in trouble with the police.

It's not unbelievable, you are in a spiritual warfare. Ephesians 6 says we are not fighting against flesh but against principalities and spiritual rulers who control their behavior towards us. So she might be a relative or friend physically but if she listens to the wrong voices within, she will act hatefully towards you because you are godly. I will not stay in the same house with someone who is not godly because I know he/she will attack me. So, pray for God to teach you what to say in court. I think you should consider moving. God bless

Amen, yes, you're right. And yes, I moved out about 3 months ago, but I'm still dealing with the linked finances and trying to get out of all these financial deals with her.

There should be pro bono lawyers in your area. You're going to have to start looking them up. Get together the whole story on paper so you can tell it to them easily. Even get a list of all the pro bono lawyers, get their addresses and take that paper to them one by one. If you have to drop it off, then that's what you have to do.
Is there a court date?
Have you heard anything about a court appointed attorney?
