Let's argue about Joseph.

Everyone preacher I ever heard said that Joseph ticked off his brothers by bragging about his dreams.

I contend that they were already ticked off because Joseph was his father's favorite. Thus the multi-colored coat (that may in fact have been white.)

Care to discuss?

Would I be out of line to suspect that you also are the youngest in your family! ;) :D

Yes. I'm 3rd of seven. Oldest female raised on a farm in WVa without running water. But I'm one of the lucky ones. My parents aren't related.
I was raised a little south of the Ohio River and a little east of the Big Sandy River...know where that's at?

No, I don't think you were. You were raised in Alaska. You just want us to think you were raised a little south of the Ohio River. Besides, who ever heard of a "Big Sandy River?" I think you just made that up.

I know the Ohio River is the western border of the state, but I'm from so far back in the mountains, that we had no running water, I learned to cook on a wood stove, slopped the hogs, milked the cows and gathered the eggs.

Had to walk a mile down 'the holler' to catch the school bus that took us to an all grades school about 15 miles away.

Want to hear about the 3 foot snowfalls and me only having sneakers?

But truly I do believe that God wastes no part of our life. My rough childhood days gives me strength to stay here, while others leave in a year or two because of the hardships of life here.
