Death and Life.
The last scene in Egypt was Death.The Death of the first -born.
Exodus 12;.29 And it came to pass at midnight that the LORD struck all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who [was] in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of livestock.
30 So Pharaoh rose in the night, he, all his servants, and all the Egyptians; and there was a great cry in Egypt, for [there was] not a house where [there was] not one dead.
The "End of the law" is death.
Romans 6;23 For the wages of sin [is] death, but the gift of God [is] eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
One of the last miracles of Jesus Christ was to give life.,The resurrection of Lazarus.
Jn 11:41 Then they took away the stone [from the place] where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up [His] eyes and said, "Father, I thank You that You have heard Me.
42 "And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said [this], that they may believe that You sent Me."
43 Now when He had said these things, He cried with a loud voice, "Lazarus, come forth!"
44 And he who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, "Loose him, and let him go."
Jesus came to bring LIFE and IMMORTALITY to light thro Gospel of grace.
The first time the law was proclaimed 3000 were killed,
Ex 32: 26 then Moses stood in the entrance of the camp, and said, "Whoever [is] on the LORD'S side-[come] to me." And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together to him.
27 And he said to them, "Thus says the LORD God of Israel: 'Let every man put his sword on his side, and go in and out from entrance to entrance throughout the camp, and let every man kill his brother, every man his companion, and every man his neighbor.'"
28 So the sons of Levi did according to the word of Moses. And about three thousand men of the people fell that day.
The first time grace was preached 3000 were saved.
Acts 2;41 Then those who gladly received his word were baptized; and that day about three thousand souls were added [to them].
