DearS (better than Chobits!!!)

Has anyone read/seen DearS?

The first volume of the manga is out, and I am in love! DearS is great. It's basically like Chobits except ...well...you'll just have to read to find out. I haven't gotten too far into the series, but I'm in love. Ya.

I saw the manga at the store a couple of days ago and flipped through it. It looked almost exactly like Chobits (seriously, for a second I thought it was Chobits when I saw some of the scenes )

I'm not saying that is is a Chobits rip off, cause the story is about aliens, not "robots", but at a glance it looks a little suspicious.

Edit: I have since read several reviews of people who liked DearS. I'm still not sure I have changed my mind about it, but I thought I would throw that out there.
