This was written for my friend David "B A Blessing" who is now facing the posibility of major back surgery after sustaining a severe injury. Please lift him up in prayer!
Dear Lord, I met a friend today
who seems to love You as I do
so I'd like to take this time to pray
for all the work he's doing for You.
Dear Lord, please bless all that he does
and keep His eyes on You
so he may never forget who it was
that always sees him through.
Dear Lord, his love for You stands out
like a fire on a moonless night.
I ask You keep him upon a straight route
and bless him with much delight.
Dear Lord, I thank You for this day
and for my new friend, I'm guessing
You brought him to me in this way
so he could B A Blessing.
