Dealing with stress... how do you all do it? Are there helpful things to do in order to cope that you've learned through therapy, or just naturally? When you find yourself in a stressful situation and/or can't stop thinking about it, how do you distract yourself?
These are all questions that have been running through my mind.
I used to cope with stress and anxiety by resorting to self injury or my eating disorder(s). But now that I'm in recovery neither are viable means of coping, and I was wondering what input you all have. Even if it's something simple, post it. All replies are quite very welcome.
