yes it did!!! I knew that guy only had $25 in his case!!! how lucky is he?!!!
my husband would love to participate on this gameshow but i don't think I could handle it!!!

Talk about luck!! His wife would have killed him if he hadn't taken the deal when he did. I think I would have taken the deal before the one he took.

Ha, not likely. That lady last night really blew it. At least she had a good attitude about it.

I don't watch it all the time but I wish instead of the "banker" calling they would just have a computer there that came up with the offer, after all it's probably done by a computer anyway. Is there really a person on the other end of the phone?

I watch this too.

I believe the guy in the booth is using the computer to generate what the offer should be based on the statisical odds.

That's why it goes up and down and quickly. The computer takes care of it all.

I didn't see the show from the beginning but I have caught it lately. It is fun to watch at times. All the surprises with family members showing up unexpectantly & the banter between the contestant & the family gets to be a bit much sometimes.

I had a feeling the guy from the service who took $92,000 made a mistake because his case had $400,000 (I think).

Apparently Howie has never met the banker.

I usually don't like game shows, but I am addicted to this show. I just love it. And I love Howie with the bald look. I like to pretend I'd never get really greedy like some of them do and would instead make really smart choices. But I know I'd get carried away in the heat of it all and be like, "No deal! I'm going for broke!"

^ just one of the reasons I've never played black jack or any other such game:sorry: ^_^
