Hon ask if anyone wants to make a deal and wait for a response. Or you can make an offer and wait and see if anyone takes it.

Rep power wise you'd have to rep me 3 times to get about what I have in rep power. Nadiine would be about at least 4 times.

It's just about making a deal and waiting to see if anyone takes it. Just a FYI, if you rep someone without asking them or waiting you may not get a rep in return. So it's best to wait for a response.

K, here's how it basically works - you're trying to reach a "fair" deal together to swap reps with others accordng to your own star level.

I have 28 stars, you have 6. For us to do a fair/comparable trade together, it would take 4 of your reps to come closer to my rep power.
So we could make a deal to swap 4 and 1 reps together.
Your 4 reps to me, my 1 rep to you. That makes it a 24 to 28 rep trade (star level).

If you found somebody here that had 12 stars and you have 6, then you would trade 2 of your reps to them and they'de rep you once. 12 and 12 - even rep power.
