I am having difficulty searching if a previous or older thread was made for this band, so I am just going to create a new thread (if a previous thread exists, let me know).

Anyways, does anyone else listen to DC Talk? I like their music. In The Light is my favourite song. There's another song I like from them, but never was able to find out the song title, and I don't remember any of the lyrics.

LOL!! I could probably help you figure out that song, but you gotta at least give me a few words. Other than "God" or "Jesus". Any memory at all about the theme of the song?

Yeah, they were a favorite of mine. Saw them 15 years ago - was a great show. Right down on the floor, close to the stage.

Not sure if you knew but all three of them have careers of their own now. Michael Tate is the lead singer of Newsboys.Kevin Max is the lead singer of Audio Adrenaline. Tobymac is Tobymac lol. I love the music from all three!

Big fan of theirs, I have their greatest hits CD on my MP3 player. I have been listening to them since I was in Jr high, back in the late '80s.

I ordered the Jesus Freak CD recently! I'm pretty excited about that. "Jesus Freak" is the only song of theirs I know off-hand, but it sure is a really good one!

My copy of Audio Adrenaline's Bloom just came in, so I'm rocking out to "Never Gonna Be as Big as Jesus" right now.

Jesus Freak was their best release. Colored People is an excellent song that is still one of my favorites of theirs. Between You and Me may sound familiar to you in a deja vu sense - it spent time on pop radio - a crossover song for them. What If I Stumble is great lyrically. A good choice.

Their last album Supernatural is a bit of a different sound but my second favorite from them.

My copy of Jesus Freak just arrived! Rockin' out to the title track right now, and will be sure to keep the tunes you mentioned in mind. (Also, bought a copy of Audio A.'s Lift at the record store, today.)
