I particularly liked the last verse: In the path of righteousness is life, and in its pathway there is no death. (ESV) The NIV version is especially beautiful: In the way of righteousness there is life; along that path is immortality.

2 A good man obtains ADONAI's favor.
3 The roots of the righteous will never be moved.
4 A capable wife is a crown for her husband.
5 The plans of the righteous are just.
6 The speech of the upright rescues them.

8 A person wins praise in keeping with his common sense.
9 Better to be despised and have a servant.
