  I wouldn't bother, Live. Nick's at his densest when he's already realized he's wrong. I don't think he's realized that his argument is "What use is half an eye" yet. 

   As Dawkins pointed out, a light-sensitive cell isn't an eye, but it's more useful than regular skin.

   So Nick, do you really mean to use a lame argument like that, or did you have a real objection?
