dateing anxiety

Hey there, there has been this person I have been hanging out with for a while. We have gone on trips, hikeing and bikeing and done a lot of fun things together in the past couple of months. Recently we started dateing. It was a surprise... I wasn't really expecting us to get any more intimate. Now every day we hang out together I like them more. We are doing well... there really aren't any huge problems or anything, but in the not so distant future they are going to flight school in texas for 2 months. Now we've known eachother for nearly a year now, but have only started to really hang with eachother for maybe the past 2 months. I just want to be able to make a good impression before this person leaves. It's really hard for me to find people to date that have the same interests and are fun to hang out with. I don't want this to all just disapear. So please pray that we can bond together before the time to go to texas grows near, and that we can have a lasting relationship.

It's always good to find someone who shares the same passions as you do! I will be definitely pray for the two of you guys. Commit your relationship to God and keep him CENTRAL! Know that He has incredible plans for the two of you. Look up Jer. 29:11-13, my favorite verses in the Bible. He promises to give you guys a hope and a future....and even if it's not with each other (and I know that you probably won't want to hear this), know that God always has the very best for the two of you. Hubbie joined the army a year after we met.
After he came back from boot camp he missed me so much he asked me to marry him. We were young but couldn't imagine life without each other. We have been together for 10 years now.
Distance is a good thing even though it hurts!

I am certainly happy for you that you are with someone you seem to really care about. I know that it is hard to understand sometimes the twists and turns that life takes. Super thanks!!! Hey there guys. Man I have to say the power of your prayers, and God; It has been so evident over the weekend. The whole tone of our relationship has become more seriouse, and careing and fun. We ended up not going camping just yet, but we're doing it today. Instead we got a hotel at the beach and it was so much fun. We really bonded, and now we are like official. It was amazing to see how things just were so much improved last time we saw eachother. Not that they were bad in the first place, but I can just see God's work in this and it is beautiful. We are closer than we ever were now, and it'll only get better.

Thanks a lot guys. This group, every time I have you guys pray for something, that something always improves, it always works here. Your prayers are being a very powerful thing in my life. So thanks a lot!
