DATABASE CRASH - Lost 24 hours worth of POSTS ONLY!

Sleep??? What is that???

The moment I put CF online, I had to rush to work!!! It's Tuesday morning here in Melbourne!!! I work on CF full-time, and work full-time as well!!!

We can call this the Mini Crash of October 2004. Compared to the Great Crash of June 2003 where we lost 2 MONTHS worth of everything (members, posts, blessings - everything), this is truly a minor crash. Praise God!

Wow! I wasn't around for the Great Crash of June 2003 but that sounds horrible! I'm sure you handled it nicely though Erwin.

Someone suggested removing the older posts that haven't been replied to in a long time. I would understand why you probably don't want to do that, but it would probably help.

The problem is fixed since I rebuilt a custom database setting with a new maximum that is very high.
