In Daniel 5:11.It says daniel was put in charge of the people who did magic for the king.What do you think daniel did during this time?Do you think he tried to turn them to God?

This is not an easy question to comment on and giving it a quality explanation/comment. It sees very possible that Daniel may have tried to make know-to the people-the great wonders of God Almighty and of His promises. In this account, Daniel related the account that happened to Belshazzar's father: Nebuchadnezzar. It is very likely, also, that he gave credit to God as the reveler of secrets as he had earlier to his father.-Daniel 2:28. However, Daniel may not have preached to the people-at this time- because the seventy-years of captivity was nearing a conclusion.
