What are your favorite songs to dance to with your s/o or just in general? I mean slow dance..hehe. What songs do you think are really romantic? I just thought I'd add this thread to throw some fun in here! Here's mine:

As a bit of a surprise the other day, I created a CD of songs my SO had talked about in passing a couple nights before, and played them on my car CD-player the other night when I drove her back to where she'd parked her car (she parked in a large parking lot of a local store when I met with her to take her to my parents' house). Was the first time she ever been asked to dance, let alone in a parking lot at 10pm along a busy stretch of road, but here's some of the stuff I put on the CD:

"Wait for Me" - Rebecca St. James

"Suddenly" - Billy Ocean

"When a Man Loves a Woman" and "Everything I Do" - Bryan Adams

"Volare" - Dean Martin (guys, learn the Italian lyrics and *really* woo your lady)

"Truly, Madly, Deeply" - Savage Garden

We danced for a good half-hour or so. I also threw some other songs on there of personal significance, sort of an "inside joke" thing really, but gave her the CD after we were done. I think it's been on repeat-play in her car ever since

Awwwww! Very romantic! That's the stuff movies are made of! (heheh..as opposed to dreams ). You rock! Guys take note of this guy!

Hmmmmmm interesting thread we got going here....did you know that it is a sin to dance and that because you participate in such an activity youre all going to hell!!!! Hahahahaha nah Im just messin. I like to dance too. I think my fav songs to slow dance to are (In no particular order)

Everything I Do (Bryan Adams) Seems to be a fav in here

She hasnt responded yet....I talked to her today and she said that our plans are still on to go together, but school tradition says that she responds back creatively, so she hasn't "officially" said yes
