Daniel 2:44-45

44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.
45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

44 During the reigns of those kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that will never be destroyed or conquered. It will crush all these kingdoms into nothingness, and it will stand forever. 45 That is the meaning of the rock cut from the mountain, though not by human hands, that crushed to pieces the statue of iron, bronze, clay, silver, and gold. The great God was showing the king what will happen in the future. The dream is true, and its meaning is certain.

44 Jesus set His empire it is called the church. No one and empire have been able to defeat the church. Rome tried and years later they had to embrace what they could not defeat. When Jesus returns the kingdom will be on the earth and be stronger than any other kingdom because it will have the perfect King, Jesus Christ. He came to die but He returns to reign.
45 All these kingdoms have fallen but Christ will be lifted up to His throne. God had allowed these kingdoms for a time but the time will come when His kingdom comes.
