Now if only I wasn't out of everyone's attack range 'fairplay' brackets, well, new round starts on the 16th or 17th? I believe. Then we'll all be square one, and if I declare war and Noddingdog does as well, the attack range 'fairplay' brackets will be dissolved. So I hope ND will declare war right away when the new round starts.
