Custom Navbar Gone

Is it just me, or is the Custom NavBar not showing up? The options are still in the UserCP, and I've got my links listed there, but the NavBar isn't displaying.

The Custom Nav bar is gone, but there will be another features similar to it coming up soon.

The tech team is working to get all the features up and running.
