Cursive

[The Theory]

So I picked up Cursive's cd "The Ugly Organ" on Monday when I found it used and didn't expect too much from it. But it's really surprised me at how freakin' good this cd truely is. I know Cursive has a decent-sized back catalogue and my question is whether the rest of their stuff is as quality as this, or if this was an anamoly.

My favorite tracks are "Butcher the Song" and "Driftwood: A Fairy Tale" as they seem to display some The Residents influence.

Hey!! I have that CD too! I think it's pretty good. It was the only CD of theirs at Best Buy when I went... so I don't know if their other stuff is as good or not.

I only have the Ugly Organ and some of The Good Life's material (Cursive side-project).

I enjoy it, but I am not informed as to how the rest of their catologue compares.
