Shouldn't there be two pilots in every jet ...someone who can take over if the pilot is unable to fly?

It's not unknown for a sudden depressurisation of an aircraft to cause everyone on the plane, passengers and crew, to black out. If this is what happened here, having two pilots wouldn't have helped.

It's not unknown for a sudden depressurisation of an aircraft to cause everyone on the plane, passengers and crew, to black out. If this is what happened here, having two pilots wouldn't have helped.
