Had an exam today. For some reason I fear that the Lord might discipline me by my exam failure.
Another exam in 3 days... how am I supposed to make it with all the classes? :/

I hope God empowers me. Whatever His will is, I wanna do.

Why would God "discipline" you by causing you to fail an exam? That's not the God I follow...

Because I have a struggle that I'm going through. I wrote it in another thread, in Christian Advice section so you can check it out.
I'm really embarrassed about it...

I deserve hell, discipline is something that God does to His children because He loves them.
I don't know, I'm sort of confused by everything lately. God will, I believe, get me through this no matter what.

Discipline as the New Testament describes it is when God allows us to bear the fruit of our actions. Generally it happens when we are not seeking His grace, or as a consequence of something that we did while not seeking His grace. It is also used to teach us: for example, you might learn from failing your exam that you need to study more, or study differently. But in those cases it directly corresponds to a previous action - cause logically following effect. It is not the same thing as God deliberately sending hardship our way to punish us, and especially not arbitrarily.
