I owe no compensation to this thread for any reason as seen in my disclaimer that is not yet written. I was merely pointing out the mere fact that one cannot simultaniously not have a crush AND have a crush at the same time. As for your proposal, it is with great satisfaction to say you are in the clear running for my hand in marriage as of right now. I shall keep you posted if anything changes.

Almost developed a crush on a lady who friended me on Facebook. Managed to stave it off after realizing her only interest in me is that we have a similar (anti-)political worldview, which is hardly a good basis for mutual attraction. Plus - although I hate this term I honestly don't know a better way to put it - she's WAY out of my league. That makes it easier as my tendency to develop a crush on a lady is proportional to the likelihood of it being mutual.
