Absolutely, I search for understanding. It does not necessarily follow that full understanding will result.

Is God a liar when He says if you ask for wisdom He will give it?

I've never seen where God promised all wisdom.

People choose to sin and people choose to stay in darkness.

People sin. It is part of the human condition.

I'm sure there are sins you use to do but you no longer do and I'm sure there are things you didn't understand but now you do.

The sin of which our Lord is witnessing is a quality/characteristic of sin beyond the outward actions and the morality and ethics of human behavior.

The sin of hating the Son of God and the Father who sent him and raised him from the dead is a three fold cord, which culminates in the sin against the purpose of God the Father in his grace, which he purposed in Jesus Christ before the world began. This sin could not be manifested until the Son of God was made manifest in the flesh. The sins against the natural processes and against the sanctuary had already been manifested.

Twice Satan said to our Lord, "If you are the Son of God..."

Demons confirmed that Jesus of Nazareth was the Son of God. Some thought he had come to torment them.

There is a zeal to do God's service by those who hate Jesus and the Father who sent him. This is the mystery of iniquity, to love justice and to hate mercy.

I was watching the news last night when they said gas prices were starting to come down. Then they had a commercial about home depot and how it was easier to do a job when you have the right tools. What are your thoughts on weather conditions vs buying lunch at school?

The feelings of being judged and condemned is personal and open to interpretation, which at times can be misinterpreted. In the same way that you take the stance of accusing the brethren. Both are open to private interpretation.

I am not accusing you of anything but I feel you are of me and Crib. What difference if he is against what SDA believe what we do with kindness is present him the Bible and that's it. Not with pounce on questions as if we are his judge we are not. People have a right to come to any SDA thread with their disbelief and comments. I have made many mistakes on threads and were shown my errors and apologized. But this friend is wrong and all you are doing is proving that those who claim we love the Almighty can't have others to speak against our beliefs. We are supposed to love those who say all manner of evil against us and not question what and how they believe. Our concern is to love Crib and give Crib what the Bible says and it is Crib's choice to accept it or reject it then we move on.​

You pull one drop out of a bucket and judge the whole bucket? People can believe whatever they want, that's their right. But people do not have the right to come to a SDA forum and say we're wrong and refuse to hear any biblical truth as to why we believe what we believe. They refuse to answer questions related to why they believe what they believe and evade the question with another unrealted question. That is why I made this thread to focus, without side questions to avoid the question. If they didn't believe what we believe then why come here time and time again posting antisda doctrines all the while refusing to answer questions that clearly refute what they're posting. It's very frustrating and sad because many people come here looking for answers only to find antisda people refuting, without giving account as to why they believe what they believe through answering the questions. For example, why do they believe it's wrong to worship others gods? They will reject the Ten Commandments yet they won't answer why it's wrong to worship other gods. My concern are for those searching for truth that they wouldn't be led astray by false beliefs. We are called to expose the unfruitful works of darkness even by rebuke in love if the need be. Take some time and read through all the threads and posts leading up to this one. There are times when we need to kick the dust off our heels.

I know that even those who may start off with negative things to say they maybe testing or looking for something and neither you nor I can see their hearts. That is the very reason why we must step back and trust the Holy Spirit to convict and not us. It might not be now where you can see the changes but you do what is right and love without condition and present your message with joy! I am here for one reason to tell someone about Present Truth and many who were once SDA and those who hate me will see that I am not giving a sermon but living one.​

Pray take a deep breath and truly believe on the Savior and you will be bless. Satan rejoices when he can get us worked up over nothing. You do not have the question a person on his/her beliefs the Bible says by their fruit you should know them. Crib, byfaithalone and I have been going around and around on many things for months now. Believe me when I say I love those guys but it sure can get frustrating. I think the problem is that they're describing the elephant's tail and I'm describing the elephant's trunk but we're all describing the same elephant. I believe it's Jesus who saves, not me. I believe we are saved by faith without works. We enter through the door, who is Christ, but once were in the room with Him we have some growing to do lest we, not God, turn away.

Hebrews 3:6 But Christ as a son over his own house: whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence, and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.

I have tried many times to walk away and let it rest but I'm Portuguese...Portuguese are stubborn and hard headed, at least that's what my wife says. But hey, we're very loyal and always willing to help, even if you don't want the help...And remember, a true portugee is never ever wrong, he's just not right all the time....
