What's up with Creed....why did they become the "Vanilla Ice" of Alternative Rock???

Seems like they have a bad rap or something....


p.s. sorry I need to ask, I don't read Rolling Stone or watch MTv...just some ignorant middle-ager who likes Creed's sound.

I don't know...don't follow them too much. Or at all.
But I do remember the lead singer getting into a feud with the lead singer from another band. Maybe that made Stapp look bad or something.
Dunno...there may be other things though.

Creed split a couple of years ago. The guitarist and drummer teamed up with the ex-Creed bassist and another new singer and formed Alter Bridge, while Scott Stapp is just about to release a solo album... Scott Stapp
